GYMBRO / MUSCLE RECOVERY

A muscle recovery tracker informed by your workouts.

A calendar tells you when you trained. GymBro helps you see which muscles were involved and how their estimated recovery changes over time. Put that context alongside how you feel before planning your next session.

  • See recovery estimates for individual muscles.
  • Understand the effect of recorded training.
  • Add optional soreness feedback.
GymBro estimated chest muscle recovery with recovery percentage, last trained time, and full recovery estimate.

Recovery begins with your training log

GymBro derives muscle load from completed workouts, including the exercises, sets, and the role each muscle plays. A muscle working as the primary mover contributes differently from one acting as a stabilizer.

02

Follow how the estimate changes

Estimated fatigue decays with elapsed time after training. The muscle map makes this context visible across the body, helping you notice overlap before choosing another workout.

03

Keep your own experience in the picture

You can add soreness feedback for an individual muscle. Recovery is a model based on recorded activity and feedback, not a direct measurement of your body or a guarantee that a muscle is ready to train. Use it alongside your own judgment.

Put muscle recovery to work in your next session.

A LITTLE MORE CONTEXT

About muscle recovery.

Is recovery measured by a wearable?

No. GymBro estimates recovery from your recorded training and optional soreness feedback. It does not directly measure muscle recovery.

Do I have to enter soreness every day?

No. Soreness feedback is optional; the estimate already uses your completed training history.
